Compact Filters 

The MVP compact filter is a robust, compact filter for large air flows with a low-medium pressure drops. The filter is designed for easy handling during installation. A fine filter paper of micro fiberglass ensures high efficiency. Available sizes are full, half, three-quarter and semi-modular.

Viledon NanoPleat is a performance enhanced compact filter with synthetic filter media as a carrier of polymer nanofibers, manufactured in nano scale according to one of the Freudenberg developed patents. Viledon NanoPleat is the first compact filter in the world with nanotechnology, completely free from the need for electrostatic charge. The filter provides a guaranteed high and stable separation during the whole operating period, regardless of external conditions.

The Viledon MX MaxiPleat compact filter, is a unique product which is produced using a patented process. Filter paper is characterized thermally during production so that a conical formation occurs which gives a natural back for subsequent filter pleats. This avoids conventional glue separators between the pleats. The aerodynamic, geometric pleats and the 250 mm deep pack results in optimized flow with low pressure loss even at high air flows. The filter is available in filter classes M6 to E12.
