The high temperature filter types Viledon LH 243, LH 244, and LH 620 are used for the filtration of recirculated air during drying in drying ovens for coating systems and for the filtration of air and gases at high temperatures.
The total thicknes is about 20 mm and has a thermal stability from 150 up to 200 ° C. The fire class (DIN 53 438) is for all class F1 and is, therefore, self-extinguishing.
The filter media used is made of an ultrafine, homogeneous spun fiberglass material. The clean air side of the LH 243 is provided with a nonwoven fabric made of a special type of fiberglass.
The clean air side of the LH 244 is fitted with a fiber cloth made of a synthetic nonwoven. Viledon Filter mats of high temperature filter type LH 243, LH 244 and LH 620 can be supplied in rolls up to a maximum of 10 x 1.5 metres. Also available as customized cut filter pieces. The Viledon filter mats of high temperature type filters LH 243, LH 244 and LH 620 are available in rolls up to a maximum of 10 x 1.5 meters. They are also available in custom cut filter pads.
